Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to provide nursing care services to our participants in their homes and community settings.
The successful candidate will have experience in community nursing and a passion for working with people with disability.
Requirements
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Community nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Current driver's license and reliable transport
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
